Course Overview
This 1 day familiarisation course has been developed to provide delegates with an awareness of Automated Fibre Placement (AFP). The content will cover what AFP is, when it should be used, and its different forms.

Who should attend?
Managers, finance, other non-technical staff and technical staff unfamiliar with AFP who are moving into an AFP role.  We recommend attending Composites Awareness or having an awareness of composite materials and terminology before attending this course. 

Aims and Objectives
To gain a basic understanding of AFP, why it’s used and alternative processes.  To be familiar with the various forms of AFP, different materials suitable for AFP and some examples of real AFP applications.
