Course Overview
This 2 day interactive course takes a practical view of the tools and techniques used in prepreg manufacture. It will include learning the theory of using prepreg materials and delegates will experience making parts in line with the principle of ‘learning by doing’ in a simulated industrial environment.

Delivery Style
Classroom and workshop

Who should attend?
This course is aimed at technical staff new to composites manufacture, with an introductory knowledge of composite materials and processes.  We recommend attending our Introduction to Composites, Materials, Properties and Processes as a prerequisite to attending this course.

Objectives & Aims
Delegates will gain an understanding of theory and techniques in manual prepreg lay-up. At the end of day 2 each delegate will have completed an individual, oven cured hand lay-up using a basic mould, in our purpose built training clean room.
