This module introduces delegates to the tools and techniques available to define, analyse and permanently eliminate problems in the workplace. Delivered in a classroom environment supported by practical examples and exercises.

We would advise that it may be beneficial to have already attended the ‘Introduction to Lean Business Improvement’ course.
