Join the Bristol Composites Institute (BCI) and the National Composites Centre (NCC) for their annual conference to see the latest innovations in composites, focusing on the use of digital and AI technologies, material advances, and skills and workforce development.

From AI and digitisation for efficiency to a focus on sustainability for innovation, our NCC speakers will be presenting throughout the conference at the Composites Forum. NCC experts will also be available throughout the conference at stand R144. Advanced Engineering 2024 takes place from 30-31 October at the NEC, Birmingham.

Jack Alcock, Technology Development Manager at the National Composites Centre, will be hosting a roundtable on the role of composites in achieving the UK’s net zero targets.

Rebecca Huffee, Space West Cluster Manager and James Graham, Chief Engineer, Adoption and Innovations Services, at the NCC will at the Space Tech Expo in Bremen on the South West Space Partnership stand.

Extreme Composites, is a UK conference delivered by the National Composites Centre that will identify the future opportunity for emerging CMC technologies and current capability in the UK, targeted towards industry and the supply chain that are actively engaged in deploying and developing CMCs in the UK.

Delivered by the Aerospace Technology Institute (ATI) and High Value Manufacturing Catapult, hosted at the NCC in Bristol, the Innovation Showcase is a one-day workshop that aims to convene aerospace, hydrogen and cryogenics industry leaders to discuss requirements, market opportunities and possible collaborations for on-aircraft hydrogen fuel systems and components.
