In celebration of Ada Lovelace Day, the woman who is widely regarded as the first ever computer programmer, Engine Shed and SETsquared Bristol, bring together a panel of women in STEM/STEAM to talk about their tech careers. Chaired by Katy Riddington, Director of Skills & SME Engagement at the National Composites Centre, the event will be a place for women in tech and girls in STEAM education to inspire, be inspired and celebrate the original coder, Ada Lovelace.

Delivered by DETI Skills in partnership with I'm an Engineer, the Youth Engineering for Environmental Sustainability Summit (YEESS) will enable young people from the West of England region to connect with local engineers and policymakers, to explore how engineering can help tackle the Climate Emergency and discuss the interconnected solutions needed for future sustainability.
