Space West will be attending Farnborough International Airshow this year, connecting with partners across the sector and championing the region’s growing space capability.
As a regional consortium of academic and industry partners, Space West is designed to accelerate innovation and growth — strengthening the West’s contribution to national and global space challenges.
Hosted by the NCC and funded by the UK Space Agency, Space West brings together founding partners including the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority, the Centre for Modelling and Simulation, the University of Bath, the University of Bristol and UWE Bristol. Reinforced by strong industry endorsement, the cluster is driving an ambitious regional space strategy and building international recognition for the West’s space capabilities — from security and resilience to environmental impact, economic growth and wider societal benefit.
Space West will be attending Farnborough International Airshow 2026 on Tuesday 21 July and Wednesday 22 July.
