About the event

The ATI Conference 2025 brings the sector together to share knowledge and insights on the latest advancements in aerospace technology. Over 400 experts from across aerospace and beyond will convene to discuss advancements in the ultra-efficient and zero-carbon technologies powering the journey to Destination Zero. This includes the advanced manufacturing technologies needed to bring them to market.

NCC is proud to participate as part of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult (HVM Catapult). As a key partner of the Aerospace Technology Institute, the HVM Catapult network of centres is helping keep UK’s aerospace sector innovative and globally competitive as the Next-Generation Single Aisle era nears. High Rate Manufacture Capital Acquisition (HRMCap)

We've secured £15.8m for the best high-rate, composite deposition capability in the UK. This further underpins the UK’s leadership in future wing technology & supports the development of next-generation narrow body aircraft.

eXtra Performance Wing

With Airbus, we've delivered the design & manufacture of one-off flying parts to facilitate UK’s capability to accelerating new technologies to decarbonise aerospace. This enables innovations in wing aerodynamics towards net zero aviation.

UltraFan

We're growing UK’s capability in propulsion technology with Rolls-Royce’s UltraFan programme. The initial design & manufacture of high-rate composite fan blades has been scaled up, enabling a clear route to industrialisation.

ASCEND programme

With a cross-sector consortium led by GKN Aerospace & McLaren Automotive, our systems engineers developed a Sustainability Maturity Level framework to support transparent, informed sustainability discussions in the supply chain.

Wing of Tomorrow

We’re advancing next-generation composite wing technologies. With Airbus, we've investigated materials, manufacturing, & component sub-assembly techniques to achieve a world-first full scale 17-metre integrated wing skin infused in one step.
