Beyond Barriers: Leading with Inclusion
Although women represent around half of the labour force in the United Kingdom, they account for only 26% of all workers in the manufacturing sector. We want to do something about this.
Women in Manufacturing 2025 is a one-day conference, open to anyone with an interest in driving positive change and improving gender representation in the manufacturing sector.
Taking place at MTC, Coventry, the event includes inspiring speakers, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities.
High Value Manufacturing Catapult speakers include Katherine Bennett, Chief Executive Officer, and Clare Porter, Director for Workforce & Skills.
