The 2018 Gender Pay Gap report shows that The NCC has made progress over the last year, and have a number of great things to celebrate including three new female directors; a number of women promoted into technical management positions; five women recruited into technical early careers roles; and participation in a range of STEM events to encourage both girls and boys to consider a career in engineering. The NCC was also placed as one of the Times Top 100 not for profit organisations to work for in the UK.
Despite these successes, we recognise that further progress is needed and we are committed to closing the gap.
