Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
We promote employee wellbeing through regular events, celebrations, and awareness campaigns focused on mental health, neurodiversity, disability, and inclusion. Each year we take part in a variety of wellbeing celebrations and awareness campaigns. As a Disability confident employer, we also host a number of talks for employees covering topics such as neurodiversity, mental health awareness, wellbeing and disability support and awareness.
