The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure forum (UKREiiF) connects people, places and businesses to accelerate and unlock sustainable, inclusive and transformational investment. This 3-day event will bring together the public sector – with every core UK city and region involved – alongside Government, investors, funders, developers, housebuilders and more.

Having recently secured the UK’s largest Gigafactory with Tata and Jaguar Land Rover, Gravity represents an opportunity for the UK to harness a clean growth ecosystem within the area to take a global lead in transport decarbonisation – producing batteries at scale. With 4,000 jobs created through the Agratas Gigafactory development and more exciting international companies on the horizon, it is an exciting time for the smart campus and the wider region.

The panel, “B5: The best way to predict the future is to prevent it,” will explore the role of clusters in driving innovation, how the industry can ensure a greater focus on Wales, and applicable best practices.
