Sophie almost went to university to study product design but decided at the last minute to apply for the NCC apprenticeship. 

Dom found the university life too academic and decided to drop out of the first year to pursue an apprenticeship with the NCC. 

Kieron has followed in his father's footsteps and is on the path to becoming an engineer, thanks to the NCC apprenticeship scheme. 

Fascinated by how things work, and how things can be improved, Benjamin enjoys the hands-on experience in being part of solving the world’s most complex engineering challenges.

Thomas always liked the idea of on-the-job training. Having spent time on projects that included moulding aircraft wings and car covers, his next career goal is to complete a Higher National Certificate.
