Kick-start your engineering career with our three-year Composite Technician Apprenticeship. It combines on-the-job training at the NCC’s world-leading research and development facility in Bristol, and classroom learning at Weston College so you can earn while you learn. We also have opportunities for you to gain experience in other business areas such as Finance or Procurement.
Our graduate programme is a two-year rotational programme that offer experience in engineering capabilities and project management. You will have the opportunity to work towards chartership with our Monitored Professional Development Scheme, as well as receive technical and soft skills training, including management skills. We offer you the chance to work directly with everyone from global customers to small start-up businesses across a variety of sectors.
